With assets under management of USD 584 million as of June 2025, our portfolio is split between unlisted securities (USD 297.8 million) and listed securities (USD 286.2 million) through carefully selected fund-of-funds structures.

Paul Parker

Director

Paul Parker is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in structured finance, investment funds, trusts, and corporate law. A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast (LLB, MPhil), he trained and practiced with Ashurst in London before moving to the Cayman Islands, where he held senior roles at Maples and Calder, Etienne Blake, and his own firm Parker Pineda & Associates.

He is currently Head of Corporate Finance at Hampson and Company, where he advises on finance, funds, aircraft transactions, listings, and fintech matters. Paul also has a military background as a former Lieutenant in the British Army’s Yeomanry and has represented Ireland Schools and the Cayman Islands at international level rugby.

Alex Lynford

Director

Alex Lynford is a financial services professional and independent director with more than 25 years of experience across banking, funds, and governance. He is founder of Flare Path Financial Services Ltd, an FCA-authorised consultancy and finance brokerage in London.

Alex serves as Independent Chairman of Mammouth (Mauritius) Ltd, a $60m revenue consumer goods retailer, where he leads governance and audit oversight, and as Director of Cayman-based equity funds with over $600m in assets under management. His earlier career includes senior roles at Santander, Clydesdale Bank, and NatWest/RBS, as well as international experience in Lithuania, Ecuador, and Colombia.
An author and commentator, Alex has written How Banks Work (And How to Get Yours Working for You) and contributes regularly to finance publications.

Edgard V. Lotman

Director

Edgard V. Lotman is a seasoned finance executive, with extensive experience in private equity, corporate finance and investment operations. He holds senior management positions in the financial services sector and has played key leadership roles for international corporations. Notably, he has served as Managing Director for Teva Pharmaceuticals Curaçao, where he oversaw major financial and administrative operations.

In his role as a principal at ABITDA Wealth Management, Edgard brings deep institutional expertise, strong governance, and strategic oversight to the investments he manages. His broad network, regional and international exposure, and understanding of compliance and regulatory matters are central to his contributions.

Priscila Lotman

Director

Priscilla Lotman is an investment fund specialist and entrepreneurial leader with strong credentials in finance and fund governance. Born and raised in Curaçao, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Management from the Amsterdam School of Business and a Master’s in Finance from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Priscilla’s career spans the setup, governance and operation of investment funds across multiple jurisdictions. She is active in exploring and applying new technologies, including blockchain, AI, data analytics and fintech, to enhance fund operations and innovation.

Antony Wicks Owers

Antony Wicks Owers is a Chartered Accountant (England & Wales) and Fellow of the Institute since 1980. He is a director at ABITDA Wealth Management and has over 35 years of leadership experience in financial services, corporate governance, and advisory.

He previously served as a senior partner at KPMG Dutch Caribbean and later founded Riddlesdown N.V., providing financial and strategic advisory services. Antony has held board and chair positions with pension funds, banks, and international companies, and served as Honorary British Consul to the Dutch Caribbean islands. He was awarded the Royal Dutch Decoration of “Ridder in de Orde van Oranje-Nassau” in recognition of his service.
